Getting Morgan AI running in 5 minutes

Welcome to Morgan AI. This guide walks you through everything you need to do to start accepting payments and tracking your income today.

Step 1: Download the app

Search for "Morgan AI" in the App Store on your iPhone, or follow the download link from trymorgan.ai. Morgan AI requires iOS 16 or later and works on iPhone XS and newer.

Step 2: Create your account

Open the app and tap Get started. Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You'll receive a verification email, tap the link to confirm your account.

Step 3: Set up your business profile

Once you're in, go to Settings > Business Profile and fill in:

• Your business name (this appears on invoices and payment requests)
• Your phone number
• Optionally, your business logo

This takes about 60 seconds and makes your invoices look professional.

Step 4: Enable Tap to Pay (optional but recommended)

To accept card payments with your iPhone, go to Settings > Payments and follow the Tap to Pay setup. You'll need to agree to the Stripe terms and verify your identity. This usually takes 2-5 minutes.

If you don't want to use Tap to Pay right away, you can skip this step and still use invoicing, income tracking, and expense recording.

Step 5: Take your first payment or send your first invoice

Once you're set up, you have two options:

Accept a card payment: Tap the + button on the home screen, select Charge, enter the amount, and have your customer tap their card or phone to yours.

Send an invoice: Tap +, select Invoice, fill in your customer's name and email, add line items, and tap Send.

That's it. Morgan AI is now ready to use. Most people are fully up and running within 5 minutes.

What to do next

• Add your first customer to the Customers tab so their history is saved
