What are the Tap to Pay processing fees?
Most cards are 2.7% + CA$0.05 per successful charge, plus CA$0.15 per Tap to Pay authorisation. Interac Debit is a flat CA$0.15 — 0% percentage. Fees are deducted automatically before payout.
Does Morgan take a cut on top of processing fees?
No. The rates above are all-in processing fees. Morgan does not add a markup on top of card or Interac transactions.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Download Morgan and start accepting payments and sending invoices without paying anything. The free plan covers the basics for most solo service businesses just getting started.
What happens when I hit 5 invoices on the free plan?
You'll be notified when you're close to your limit. Upgrade to Pro at any time to unlock unlimited invoices. All your existing data is preserved when you upgrade.
Can I cancel my Pro plan any time?
Yes. Cancel your Pro subscription at any time from account settings. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial for Pro?

No. Tap to Pay works entirely through your iPhone. No extra hardware needed.
Are there setup fees or monthly processing fees?
No. There are no setup fees, monthly processing fees, or hidden fees. You only pay the per-transaction rate when a payment succeeds. The optional Pro plan is a separate subscription for app features.
