How to create and send an invoice

Morgan AI lets you create and send professional invoices from your phone in under a minute.

Creating an invoice

  1. 1Open Morgan AI and tap + > Invoice
  2. 2Select or add a customer (name and email required for sending)
  3. 3Add line items:

- Tap Add item

- Enter a description, quantity, and price

- Repeat for each item or service

  1. 1Add a due date (optional, defaults to 30 days)
  2. 2Add a note to the customer (optional)
  3. 3Tap Preview to see how it looks, then Send

The invoice is sent by email with a professional layout that includes your business name, logo, and a payment link.

What's included on the invoice

Your invoice automatically includes:

  • Your business name and logo
  • Invoice number (auto-generated)
  • Date issued and due date
  • Customer name and email
  • Line items with descriptions and amounts
  • Subtotal, taxes (if applicable), and total
  • A secure online payment link
  • Your contact information

Invoice numbering

Invoices are numbered automatically starting at INV-001. You can customize the starting number or format in Settings > Invoices.

Sending reminders

If an invoice is unpaid, you can send a reminder with one tap:

  1. 1Go to the Invoices tab
  2. 2Find the unpaid invoice
  3. 3Tap Send reminder

Morgan AI automatically personalizes the reminder with the invoice details and due date.

Downloading or printing an invoice

To get a PDF copy of an invoice:

  1. 1Open the invoice
  2. 2Tap Share > Export PDF

You can print it, save it, or attach it to an email.
