## How to create and send an invoice

Morgan AI lets you create and send professional invoices from your phone in under a minute.

## Creating an invoice

1. Open Morgan AI and tap **+ > Invoice**
2. Select or add a customer (name and email required for sending)
3. Add line items:
   - Tap **Add item**
   - Enter a description, quantity, and price
   - Repeat for each item or service
4. Add a due date (optional, defaults to 30 days)
5. Add a note to the customer (optional)
6. Tap **Preview** to see how it looks, then **Send**

The invoice is sent by email with a professional layout that includes your business name, logo, and a payment link.

## What's included on the invoice

Your invoice automatically includes:
- Your business name and logo
- Invoice number (auto-generated)
- Date issued and due date
- Customer name and email
- Line items with descriptions and amounts
- Subtotal, taxes (if applicable), and total
- A secure online payment link
- Your contact information

## Invoice numbering

Invoices are numbered automatically starting at INV-001. You can customize the starting number or format in **Settings > Invoices**.

## Sending reminders

If an invoice is unpaid, you can send a reminder with one tap:

1. Go to the **Invoices** tab
2. Find the unpaid invoice
3. Tap **Send reminder**

Morgan AI automatically personalizes the reminder with the invoice details and due date.

## Downloading or printing an invoice

To get a PDF copy of an invoice:
1. Open the invoice
2. Tap **Share > Export PDF**

You can print it, save it, or attach it to an email.
