## How to update your account settings

Morgan AI's settings give you control over your business profile, notification preferences, payment setup, and more.

## Accessing settings

Tap the **profile icon** in the top right corner of the home screen, or tap the **Settings** tab if you're on iPad.

## Business profile settings

Under **Settings > Business Profile**, you can update:
- Business name (appears on invoices and payment pages)
- Business logo (upload a square image, at least 200×200px)
- Phone number
- Business address
- Website URL
- Tax registration number (for invoice footer)

## Notification settings

Under **Settings > Notifications**, control when you're notified:
- Payment received
- Invoice paid
- Invoice overdue
- Payment reminder sent
- New message from customer

You can choose between push notifications, email, or both.

## Invoice settings

Under **Settings > Invoices**, customize:
- Default payment terms (e.g. due in 14 days vs. 30 days)
- Invoice number format (e.g. INV-001 or 2026-001)
- Default invoice notes or footer text
- Automatic reminder schedule

## Language and currency

Currently, Morgan AI defaults to Canadian English (CAD). Additional language and currency options are planned for future releases.

## Updating your subscription

See your current plan and upgrade or manage billing under **Settings > Subscription**.

## Signing out

To sign out of your account:
1. Go to **Settings**
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Tap **Sign out**

Your data is safely stored in the cloud, signing out doesn't delete anything.
